Epiroc, a leading productivity and sustainability partner for the mining and construction industries, has completed the acquisition of ACB+, a manufacturer of attachments and related couplers used by the construction industry.
ACB+ is based in Saint Lager, France, and has several production facilities in the country. It manufactures attachments and quick couplers used on excavators for construction as well as related areas such as scrap recycling and deconstruction. Quick couplers are used with carriers, typically excavators, to enable safe and efficient change of attachments, such as buckets and hydraulic tools.The company is a market leader in France and has customers throughout Europe. It had revenues of about SEK 325 million in the 12 months through 30 June 2024, and has about 140 employees.Epiroc announced on 24 May 2024, that it had agreed to acquire ACB+.The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price as the transaction is not subject to a disclosure obligation pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
